This case study documents the work of Togolese Red Cross on “The Common Alerting Protocol (CAP) to support Early Action: The Togolese Red Cross’ journey from early warning to impact-based forecasting (IbF) in Togo.” The case study was developed under the IFRC Alert Hub Initiative.
